Cupinserts® adapters expand to fit nearly any aircraft's cup holders quickly and easily, transforming them into decorative and secure mounts for various beverages, stemware and other items, including ashtrays (AD 74-08-09 R2). Cupinserts® were created to improve the functionality of the aircraft’s certified cup holders.

As displayed on this website, the adapters install into similar cup holders as loose equipment. In such instances, the patented Cupinserts® adapters can be installed and removed within seconds, by anyone, without need for any modification or certification. Stemware, glassware, bottles, cans, square & odd shapes, mugs, wine bottles and nearly any beverage can now be safely secured into aircraft cup holders with an inside diameter ranging from 2 3/4" - 3 1/2" and as shallow as only 3/4". Anything deeper than 3/4” will work fine. Cupinserts® are precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum, ready for customized plating and provided with a black anodized expansion base.
